Sending Money from Your Fundraiser

Congratulations! You’re done fundraising. Next up is sending your gift to the charity — or charities — of your choice.

Simply sign in to your Chimp account, and follow these simple steps to send money raised from your Giving Group or Campaign:

From Your Giving Group

Click on your Giving Group on the right sidebar of your account dashboard, and continue with these basic steps:

Click the blue “Give From The Group” button on the lower right-hand side of your Giving Group.

If the charity you are giving to is already in the “Give To” section, skip to step 4.

If you haven’t previously selected a charity, click on the blue “Find a Charity” ribbon and start searching for your charity in the search bar.

Go to the charity’s profile page and click the “Give money to this charity” button on the right side.

Click on the drop-down menu next to the “Give From” line and select your Giving Group’s account.

Press the final “Give” button at the bottom of the confirmation screen and you’re all set!

From Your Campaign

Type the name of the charity in the top search bar.

Once on the charity’s profile page, click the “Give money to this charity” button on the right side.

Click on the drop-down menu next to the “Give From” line and select your Campaign’s account.

Press the final “Give” button at the bottom of the confirmation screen and you’re all set!

Your gift will be sent to the charity you’ve selected on the first day of the following month. If the charity has set up direct deposit with Chimp they will receive your group’s donation even sooner.
