Aia High Fives For Kids Foundation

charity logo

Every year AIA members from across the country give generously of their time and money to a variety of worthy causes and charities. With that spirit in ming, AIA Canada has now formalized that involvement through the establishment of the AIA High Fives For Kids Foundation. The Foundation provides both grants and scholarships. The grants support local or national registeredcharities that have programs for the benefit of children and youth. The broad focus of the Foundation will allow AIA to support a variety of communitygroups in many activities such as buying a wheelchair, sending kies with diabetes or a disability to a summer camp, rebuildng a community center, or helping a local hospital for children. The issues that affect the ability ofa child to grow up in a safe, nurturing environment are vast and often overwhelming. The experiences of our members as they work on a local level clearly shows thateven a small gesture can have a great impact.
