All-Together provides housing - both transitional and permanent to persons of low or modest income, including seniors and persons with disabilities. All-Together is partnered with Canadian Mental Health Association - HPE and HIV/AIDS Regional Services (HARS-Kingston) who provide support to our tenants. All-Together's current housing projects include a transitional hosing project (called Tom's Place) for seniors at risk of homelessness and a Helathy Space Housing project which includes three permanent housing units and 2 transitional housing which are co-managed by CMHA-HPE and HARS. All-Together also provides a modest tenant support program to assist with hydro costs, food security and rent payments for those moving onto permanent housingin our community.
