1) Education and Supervision of Midwifery Training Program: Our agent, CASA, trains midwives and integrates them into hospital settings and provides ongoing training and evaluation of midwife student performance. Project start: Sept 2010. 2) Amistad/Biblioteca Cdn. Education Project: Our agent, La Biblioteca de San Miguel de Allende, provides after-school education, books and scholarships for less-advantaged students. Project start: March 2011. 3) Rural Library Development and Maintenance: A second project with CASA brings libraries and reading workshops to elementary schools and daycare centres in rural communities. Project start: Sept 2012. 4) Scholarships for Post-Secondary Education Our agent, Jôvenes Adelante, provides tuition assistance for less-advantaged university students. Project start: March 2013. 5) Contribute to teacher salaries & supplies in a Literacy Through Art program provided by the Children's Art Foundation. Start date: May 2016. 6) Support bursaries & career grants for Mexican opera students via a program provided by Opera de San Miguel. Start date: May 2016
