The purpose of the Charity is to help victims of disaster in Canada and worldwide by conveying to them food, clothing, medicines and shelter, on an ad0hoc basis. Christian counselling and scriptures may also be provided. The Board of Directors enters a Contractural Agency Agreemnet with its missionary representatives to carry out a project, or purchase and distribute relief supplies, according to prior board approval, regarding the use of funds.
