Volunteer visitationprograms to various health care facilities and senior care homes to help those individual due to language and culture. Seniors' wellness programs and activities to help Japanese Canadian seniors to stay active and maintain their well being. Consultations on housing and integration issues. Translation and interpretation (English/Japanese) to ssist seniors with various appointments (doctors and other officials). Lunch programs twice a week to provide a place for social gathering awhile enjoying healthyJapanese meals. Provide Japanese meals-on-wheels program to those with mobility difficulties and /or isolated seniors. Lighthouse(formally known as Iki Iki Lighthouse)program for those with early stage of dementia. Offeringvarious PC and tablet classes in different levels, Brain training, an dGame clubs for both maintain mental stage and social stimulation. Many fitness programs seniors are also offered regularly, such as Aerobics, Yoga, Hula dance, and Fall prevention. For the cultural purpose, we offer Japanese language, Calligraphy and ESL classes. To invite various age groups we offer spaces for new parents and toddlers Japanese book reading, music dances and social gathering places twice a week.
