1. We provide information and support to mothers experiencing depression and/or anxiety and to their families via our free telephone support line. 2. We hold ongoing postpartum support groups in seven different locations in Lower Mainland British Columbia. 3. We provide community education through our interactive talks at Mother & Baby groups. 4. We hold partner education sessions, a few times a year, to support partners of women undergoing postpartum depression and/or anxiety. 5. We provide training to service providers interacting with new mothers and families on postpartum support through group facilitation and/or telephone counselling. 6. We have our own publications including a self help guide and training manuals. 7. We also have an informational website with resources for postpartum women and families, www.postpartum.org
