HeadWay - Victoria Epilepsy and Parkinson's Centre Society provides education, support, and services to people with epilepsy and/or Parkinson’s, their family members and friends, through consultation, case management, public forums, discussion groups, conferences, support groups, tutoring, professional in-services, and epilepsy education in schools. We aim to strengthen the ability of individuals and families to manage the physical and psychosocial effects of these conditions. We also develop and implement education initiatives aimed at improving public knowledge and understanding of epilepsy and Parkinson’s. We provide individual and professional consultations to health and social service providers. We publish quarterly newsletters.
