The Group's Purpose

Alberta Ballet is always exploring ways to bring bold expression to the ballet it presents on stage.

This exploration is possible thanks to donor support.

This year, Alberta Ballet is offering a unique opportunity for donors to engage with Artistic Director Jean Grand-Maitre's latest creation.

Alberta Ballet's 50th Anniversary season will culminate in a world premiere of his newest pop ballet. Featuring the songs of a Canadian legend Gordon Lightfoot, Our Canada will celebrate Canada's 150th with a ballet that captures experiences from across Canada, from coast to coast to coast.

A $5000 donation helps to support the development of Our Canada: the artistic creation, costumes and dancers.

In recognition of your $5000 donation, your name will be associated with the song of your choice from the production of Our Canada. Creative Partners will be listed in the playbill.
