PeaceGeeks stands for human rights, accountability and peace.
We support grassroots organizations that work on these critical issues in their communities.
These groups are made up of changemakers who are taking action to protest abuse, and call for greater freedom, accountability and respect of human rights. Leaders of these movements have accomplished amazing results with limited resources.
PeaceGeeks helps these leaders accomplish even more by connecting them to tools and technology that allow them to broadcast their message to a larger audience.
We are currently supporting Isis Women's Cross Cultural Exchange in Uganda, which aims to use evidence-based research to document sexual and gender based violence, attacks against human rights defenders, human trafficking and child marriages in Uganda. PeaceGeeks will help ISIS WICCE to develop a new website to better tell their story, and collect data on these critical issues affecting women in Uganda.
We are also working with Saathi, who opened Nepal’s first shelter for women and children affected by domestic violence. Today, Saathi continues to offer support services to women affected by violence. We are working with them to design two websites. The first will be a new website to replace Saathi’s current site, to better organize information on their key programs. The second site is a campaign-specific site, run in partnership with All Nepal Football Association, which aims to engage men in ending violence against women.

YOU can support our efforts to empower leaders and organizations who are making a real difference in their communities. With your donations we will be able to more than triple the number of grassroots organizations we support this year!
Every dollar donated during this campaign will be matched up to $20,000, thanks to pledges from the Black Family Foundation and Dr. Shannon Salvadore.
Please Donate. Whatever you can. Join the PeaceGeeks movement!
