The Group's Purpose

Welcome to all my fans, supporters, and swimming enthusiasts across Canada! I've started this giving group as a way of "giving back" to some great charities that have helped support me along my journey to the Olympic Games.

The charities supported through this giving group are:

1. KidSport: KidSport™ believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. KidSport™ provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport.

2. Habitat for Humanity: Their mission is to mobilize volunteers and community partners in building affordable housing and promoting home ownership as a means to breaking the cycle of poverty.

3. Swimming Canada: Swimming to win, winning for life. They have been an incredible support network throughout my career, and this is a great opportunity for me to give back through my Olympic performances.

4.CAN Fund is a not for profit organization devoted solely to raising funds and awareness of our Canadian athletes. We have created a vehicle that connects Canadians directly to our athlete¹s journey and their success. CAN Fund is the only organization in Canada that with each donation, you find out the name of the athlete you have directly supported and receive a tax receipt. We provide our athletes with the opportunity to focus on success instead of focusing on unnecessary financial hurdles. Donations go directly to Canadian athletes so they can afford proper nutrition, better equipment, coaching, travel to competitions and training camps, and basic living expenses.
