The Group's Purpose

A group of students from JN Burnett Secondary in Richmond is heading to the World Championships in Houston Texas after winning the ‘FIRST Robotics Competition’ in Victoria. over the weekend. We made the unbelievable a reality when we took a wooden robot with no sponsorship or budget to the finals and won!

How to Help

We want to Represent Canada at the FIRST Robotics World Championships in Houston Texas on April 17-20, more than 70,000 people from around the world – plus 1,300 robots – will travel to Houston to celebrate inspiring young innovators, leaders, and change makers at the 2019 FIRST® Championship presented by Qualcomm® Incorporated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jzk3XazfCf4&t=4s
Please support our Richmond Team so we can experience something extraordinary – what we learn will be something that we will bring back to inspire the next generation of STEM Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics students creating a legacy for years to come in Richmond.
