The Group's Purpose

A group of friends started Justice Water in 2011 in response to the water crisis they had seen in their travels.

We believe in a world where everyone has access to clean drinking water. A world where no child has to die due to preventable, water-related diseases. A world where women and children don't have to spend valuable hours collecting water, but have opportunities to a quality life.

To date, we have had the privilege of training 100's of missionaries in clean water technology, completed over 900 projects in seven countries, providing more than 50,000 people with clean water and sanitation.

Justice Water is a ministry of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) International. We have operating locations in Cambodia, Haiti, The Dominican Republic and Togo, West Africa. Our head office is located at the Youth With A Mission campus in Kona, Hawaii.

Justice Water works directly with local people (families, skilled/un-skilled laborers, community leaders) on every project. As the goal is training and equipping the nationals with the ability to take care of their water problems long after Justice Water is gone, we work alongside the local people teaching them everything we know, so they can do it on their own.
